SMALL MOMENTS. A MEANINGFUL HABIT.

Movement matters.
Let’s make room for it.

From “what can we do?”
to “let’s try this.”

RompMore puts a starting point in your hand. See what you need, follow a few directions, and choose an easier version or an extra challenge.

Make it a moment together.

Every activity has a Grown-Up Move. The American Academy of Pediatrics encourages enjoyable, age-appropriate activity and parents playing with their children.

Play time includes pauses and turns, and does not automatically count toward moderate-to-vigorous activity targets. The preschool guidance above applies to ages 3–5.

A FEW HELPFUL THINGS

Before you romp.

Which deck should we choose?

Little Movers is for ages 2–5, Active Kids for ages 6–10, and Family for ages 4+ with grown-ups. Children move and learn at different rates. Use Make It Easier or Level It Up to find an enjoyable starting point.

Do we need lots of equipment?

The cards list what you need before you begin. Many use everyday props, such as a scarf or a soft ball. Choose age-appropriate objects and check each activity’s directions first.

How long should we play?

Follow your child’s interest and energy. Repeat a favorite, try one card, or take a break. You don’t need to finish a certain number of activities.

What should grown-ups know about safety?

Grown-up supervision is required. Use a clear, safe space and soft, age-appropriate equipment. Adapt or stop any activity that does not suit your child or surroundings. RompMore is an activity product, not a developmental assessment or therapeutic program.
